NSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Sand and thoroughly clean the surface, remove any grease, and allow it to dry. Prime if necessary. Shake the can vigorously for about 3 minutes immediately before use. Use the paint outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. An optimal working temperature of 10–25 °C and humidity below 65% ensure proper drying. Storage temperature: 5–35 °C.

First, spray on a less visible area. Apply two coats of Chalk Effect paint using relatively quick movements. Paint first vertically and then horizontally. Wait 5–10 minutes before applying the next coat.

For small items or areas that require detailed painting, use the white nozzle from a distance of 4–5 cm. For larger surfaces and high-speed painting, use the black nozzle from a distance of 8–10 cm.

To achieve a natural distressed effect, use fine sandpaper (P180–220) 24 hours after painting and gently sand the areas where you want to remove the paint, revealing the bare wood underneath. This technique works best for sanding corners and edges.

You can also combine two different colours, for example a light base colour such as Chalk Effect Pure White with another colour applied on top. Then, when sanding back the top coat, the second colour will be revealed instead of the wood.
